Shutdown & Campaign Readiness Manager (SCRM)

Make shutdown and campaign readiness a live, connected model — from the site and the campaign, through the scope items brought in and the work packages that deliver them, to the readiness requirements each package needs, the dependencies that order them, the contractors mobilised, the schedule milestones, and the point-in-time snapshot that says whether the whole campaign is ready.

Its central question:

For this shutdown/outage, is the scope frozen, is every work package's prerequisite (material, labour, contractor, permit, isolation) actually in place, are the dependencies satisfied — and does the latest readiness snapshot say READY, or AT_RISK because something upstream (a short material, an unconfirmed contractor) is not yet resolved?

It is a campaign-role member of the Work & Supply reference network: it owns the scope → package → readiness → snapshot lifecycle and links out to sibling apps (mwem work packages, msam materials, psam procurement/suppliers) by stable canonical_ref — it does not own their data.

The readiness spine

SiteRef → Campaign → ScopeItem → CampaignWorkPackage → ReadinessRequirement → ReadinessSnapshot, with Dependency ordering the packages, ContractorMobilisation and CampaignMilestone on the schedule side, and ScopeChange guarding scope.

The documents

Page What's in it
00 — Overview What the app is, the domain, the 12 models by area, the demo scenario
01 — Quick Reference Menu map, every model, status vocabularies, the demo data set, cross-app canonical_ref conventions, run/seed/regenerate commands
02 — System Diagram The readiness data model as a diagram (+ interactive viewer) and the cross-app golden thread

Status

Built: all 12 models render as an AI-Safe CRUD register with a dashboard, seeded with one coherent shutdown-readiness scenario (29 rows across the 10 operational models) — the SD-2027-01 campaign held AT_RISK on a short bearing (material:brg-6208).

Integration: scrm follows the work applications' orders by message (readiness, progress, materials) and publishes the campaign's readiness snapshot, milestones and scope changes; see docs/implementation/asset_work_network.md.

Demonstration prototype; part of the Work & Supply reference network. All sites, campaigns, scope items, work packages, contractors and materials in the demo data are fictional and illustrate structure and cross-app linkage only.
